Long net process utilize the separation of material and water method which renders the traditional
ethods-multi net box, in Hatschek process and the multi vacuum box in slurry process.Every small material layers owed Independent dehydration devices.The dehydration speed is two times than Hatschek process and is three times than slurry process.
The main machine residence is decreased greatly.The dynamo capacity is lower than 20KW.The lifetime of slate felt was prolonged as two times as before.The electric quantity was reduced to a half and the capacity is leveled one time.

2.If you want to enlarge your capacity,what you are going to do is add a small layer make-up machine.And you can increase capacity greatly by lengthened rack.We strongly recommend addind to three core unit at most.(The core of long net method including:long net supercharger,dehydration unit and long net guniting machine.)
3.When you want to repair it,you need to pull out the corresponding core unit and push into the repaired core unit,then the machine can run normally.However,the halt time can't over 30 minutes.Pull-out unit is backup up when main machine is repairing.And the backup only need one.

流體動能承載物料將料漿噴布于過慮網上，經初級脫水后在大氣壓作用下料層吸附在毛毯上，傳送至成型筒與膠輥之間壓實并連續制得料坯的生產工藝。
長網法主機構造：主要由長網增壓器、長網噴漿機、長網小料層成型機、無端毛毯、打布器、轉向輥、真空箱、胸輥、毛毯清潔系統、加壓系統（料層加壓）、毛毯調偏裝置、小料層切斷裝置、及毛毯驅動裝置等部件組成。
長網法是第三代硅酸鈣板制造技術。
